A human leader or an effective manager? That choice never made sense to me.
The wonderful leader is practically a demigod. They understand, inspire and bring rainbows to the team. Unicorns circle overhead. The manager? A dark wizard hurling charts across the meeting room like icy spears. Humanity fades; the machinery keeps running.
A caricature? Certainly. But it captures a division often presented as inevitable: relationships or results, humanity or efficiency. Why should we have to choose?
The brand took shape through conversations with colleagues and customers. Experience from large organisations and smaller teams met project tools and questions about communication. We looked for a connection that would hold up in everyday work.
Not a perfect system for everything. Useful tools, clearer conversations and a better understanding of what we do and why. That is still what sebe Vědomě means to me: giving work structure without losing the people. Unicorns are a pleasant bonus. They aren’t compulsory.
