What do you do with uncertainty you can’t ignore? Move from a list of risks to a clear response.

Will you manage your risks, or let your risks manage you? It is worth asking before the project answers for you.

Risk means more than a list of things that might go wrong. What matters is what we do with the uncertainty we have identified. Naming it isn’t the same as responding to it.

In training, we practise recognising risks and working with them. A beautifully completed spreadsheet won’t create a calmer project on its own.
